The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Certain products, such as personal care items, beauty tools, and intimate apparel, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
